The area around was not appealing at all. And the needle for the gas was just barely moved from the point that I needed to be refilled and in the contract it was marked a whole 1/4 of a tank lower?? I will never return to this location or rent uhaul again. I've had way to many issues.

Had a reservation at 7:30am and the guy refused to go unlock the combination lock to get the key to the truck until 9:00am because he didn’t open his motel doors until 9:00am even though I chose the option to use my phone so he gets mad and tells me next time go somewhere else. But he used a lot of cuss words. This is the second time I had an issue getting a U-Haul from him. He shouldn’t be allowed to do business with U-Haul. Horrible customer service.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! THE SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE A REPRESENTATIVE OF U-HAUL IF U-HAUL EVER SENDS ME THERE AGAIN..... I WILL NEVER EVER USE ANY OF YOUR SERVICES AGAIN AND I WILL CALL EVERY MAJOR NEWSPAPER IN COUNTRY AND TELL THEM THE TYPE OF PEOPLE YOU ALLOW TO BE YOUR DEALERS!!! TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!!! Difficult to maneuver RV on lot. Called and asked for a tow-dolly, only to arrive and find out that all that was available was an auto-hauler. While this accommodation worked for my need, it was obvious preventive maintenance has not been performed on a routine basis. It was difficult to ratchet and crank, and the dealer was not familiar with its overall operation.

I did the on-line check in, specifically for the "ease and speed " of automated use. However, after being verified on-line by 7-Eleven, the attendant where I was picking up the truck would not give me the key, because he had never done an on-line check in and could not find my information, even though an hour later a manager showed up and pulled up my info immediately. There is no benefit to on-line check in if a human can still waste my time. Not cool.

The location is at a Knights Inn. Don't get your hopes up for an inviting area. But who cares? If you're just dropping off a truck it's great, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and walked me through the return process just fine. The guy didn't charge me twice or anything like the previous reviews have said and everything was quick and painless with an email confirmation at the end. Plain and simple.

At the pickup location my experience was a nightmare. I gave myself 30 minutes to pickup a trailer. Since I had already done the express check-in and paid in advance. It took much longer. He couldn't find the information I provided online. So I had to give it all again. Told me I must give him a credit card even though I already paid for everything via card. Then, he tells me I owe an additional $32. Even though I chose to pay full amount online. I question what for and he says he doesn't know but I can call U haul to find out. I call the U haul support number and they tell me it's for a deposit. I'll get it back. So I pay it with cash and finish the process. He tells me which trailer is mine and sends me on my way. I hook up the trailer and then my wife asks the gentleman to verify it is hooked up properly. He acts annoyed but does it. It wasn't until I was halfway to Florida that we were reviewing the contract only to find out there was no deposit paid. The $32 was for $5k coverage he added even though I selected the no-fee reimbursement option. So there goes the $32 I was made to believe I would get back. When I went to dropoff at my chosen location. 460 Cheney Hwy Mobil Mart in Titusvillr, FL O discover they are not a U haul location anymore. By far the worst rental experience ever!

The truck was extremely dirty, sticky soft drink was sprayed all over the driver & passenger seats. My wife had to mop the entire cab out with Lysol & cleaners. The van had a hole in the passenger rear side and I was not told before signing. I had to stop and point out this to the attendant. The customer rep, also overcharged me a $100. I had to go back and request my $100 back, He did. I made 3 trips. Not happy.
