On one of the hottest day of the year the truck had no ac. Had no time to get another truck. So had to bare it. Then when getting on the interstate it the front end was bouncing like a basketball being dribbling. Also my mattress in the front got wet guessing a leak. I guess my impression of uhaul maintenance has been tarnished. Also don't think this is the fault of the place I rented but he kept saying the computer was slow so it took about 30 mins to check out. In 6 months when moving again I well have to think long and hard before renting a uhaul or some other truck.

The place is a dump. the clerk did not speak English very well and it was very hard to understand him. I had to move the truck myself to hook-up the tow dolly and because the place was full of cars I scrapped HIS car (which was parked right in front of the door) and he was very rude about it. I gave him my insurance card and he calmed down. I think he parked his car there on purpose to g\et it hit. I'm glad I won't ever be back in that town ever again.
The hotel where this U-Haul location is very sketchy. The owner was helpful as much as he could be. I had to walk 2 miles to get to this location. You all did not offer any transportation compensation to get to the replacement vehicle.
The hotel owner was very rude and unprofessional he hung up on me when calling to ask about rates and trailers available then acted as if I was disturbing him with my presence would not recommend to anyone ever this was the worst service I have ever received from Uhaul
You could use a kiosk at this location. It would have been more helpful. Had to locate and hook up the trailer myself, bring it back to the office for them to take a picture of the hook up. They never inspected to make sure it was done properly. Had I not known what I was doing that could have been bad. Your equipment was flawless as usual.
Very nice gentleman working the register, made the experience a good one for my first time renting a car trailer.

i was going to pay cash but the attendant said i would need to leave a credit card on file and pay cash after completing the trip..i told him that there was no funds on the credit card and he said that would be fine because they would not use it..when i went to pay after the trip they said it was already paid for on the card

Gentleman that checked us in was outstanding. Truck was a mess. I felt bad for him.
This location was not in a safe place and looked very sketchy. The man working seemed to know a little bit of what he was doing, but he still could not figure out how to solve the problem. He later billed me a wrongful destination bill, which was completely wrong.
The truck smelled like a wet dog. I did not feel safe letting my wife out of the car.
This drop off location is a run down poorly marked hotel. Sketchy people outside. No one at front desk. Once help came, he was kind.
The knights inn location leaves a lot to be desired. I was asked NOT to come between 9am and 1100 am with no explanation. Which meant I had to be there by 8 am because I could not wait till 11 am to pick up car hauler.
At this location I was there for over a hour very poor service!

This was an alternate location as my first choice did not have the truck ready. Customer service handled the situation well and found a different truck. Unfortunately the truck was further from my home. When I arrived I did not feel safe nor did I want my kid and fiancÃ© there longer than we had to be. This location is at a rundown hotel in a rough part of town. When I told the man at the counter that my milage rate was not what I was told he said it was a good deal and would not change it. Somehow $14 in insurance was added to my bill as well. I do not recall requesting it. I did not see this until after I was billed so a case has been created. The appliance hand truck was dirty with gum or something of the sort stuck to the wheel along with whatever dirt it had been pulled through. The desk guy gave me a putty knife to scrape it off. Though I am fully capable I find it odd the the customer is cleaning the equipment. The blankets given to me were dirty as well. The interior of the truck was filthy and the drivers seatbelt would not move freely. I would not go back to this location if the truck were free. Disappointed with uhaul.
I discovered a frayed strap on the wheel tie downs and reported it before I used the car transport. It wasn't bad enough to render it unusable, but should be replaced. I hope U-Haul replaces it before it rents it again.
