I’ve rented several times in the past from U-Haul, however this was my first “ virtual “ experience where there wasn’t a person on-site and the end to end process is virtual. It was much more complicated, unclear, it I spent a lot of time trying to follow email instructions and “ figure it out “ on my own.

No one there then they said via video they couldn’t take it there then I had to call and they said it’s ok to leave it there. Overall a terrible experience.

BRIAN GU-haul is a mess in Seneca. 3 stops. Midgard has no signage and trucks and trailers are behind a giant building. Really nice employees, but GOTTA ADD SIGNS. Took two hours to drop off in a town I now live in. Sad.
