Easy dropoff.
Floyd CVery confusing process to pick up the vehicle. It was hard to find the office, in relation to where the trucks are parked, and the key box area is not well marked-just a small U-Haul sign. Combination lock to the key box was rusty and difficult to turn and open.
Michelle JI’ve rented several times in the past from U-Haul, however this was my first “ virtual “ experience where there wasn’t a person on-site and the end to end process is virtual. It was much more complicated, unclear, it I spent a lot of time trying to follow email instructions and “ figure it out “ on my own.
STEPHEN SNo one there then they said via video they couldn’t take it there then I had to call and they said it’s ok to leave it there. Overall a terrible experience.
