Too impersonal. Errie! Lobby made me feel like I was in a real life "Clockwork Orange" setting. Better directions to key case almost 2 blocks away. Manager guy did a great job easing confusion and getting me on my way. Also, final location for truck was 10 miles farther from original email location. Cost me extra milage.

Christopher KDrop off at Midgard was a virtual encounter at 3pm on a Friday. She told me to lock the truck and deposit the key in a lockbox ouside the building.

MARK HPerfect experience. Had the correct trailer, their staff hooked it up for me even though it was raining, tires were properly inflated within 2 lbs of each other. This new Toy Hauler design is fantastic for doing just about anything vehicle related.
