The only part of the rental experience was using the remote staff portal at the "rental counter". A live person helped me after a couple minutes, but I would rather work with folks in the flesh, rather than a remote staffer on a TV screen. Its just to cold and impersonal for me.

Floyd CVery confusing process to pick up the vehicle. It was hard to find the office, in relation to where the trucks are parked, and the key box area is not well marked-just a small U-Haul sign. Combination lock to the key box was rusty and difficult to turn and open.
