The only challenge I had was trying to take pictures of the van via the app. It's possible that was a result of cell service in the area, but the lady who was assisting me also noticed that the app was not working. When I would click to take a picture, it would show a black screen with a red outline of the van, but the picture wouldn't show up so I could take it. Other than that, it was a great experience and exactly what we needed for the job.
