Customer service was great!! Helped hook the trailer up and made sure i was set to hit the road.
Billie SNo complaints at all about the drop-off location. We would much prefer receiving a truck with a full tank of gas, and returning it full--although we understand that U-Haul is coming out ahead by having trucks retuned with more gas in them than they leave with.
Julie RI can only say no for it being clean and inviting because I went at nighttime and could not see the inside of the location. Based on the outside and location of the key drop box, however, it was not particularly inviting.
Christine BAbsolutely fantastic customer service. It was the last 45 minutes on a Saturday and the employee went the extra mile to get the trailer hooked up and the lights working. Can't recommend Midwest Automotive highly enough!! (Only ding was the location did not have all the equipment I reserved, which is not uncommon when you rent from a neighborhood dealer and reserve online, so no biggee there. The trailer had not been swept out by the previous renter, but that was a minor inconvenience.)
