Our drop off location changed and I was unable to change it on the app. The pickup location said that the drop off location would change it. But, the drop off location said he could not change it and we would have to contact the main U-haul office for a refund. The drop off location told us that the pickup location should have changed the drop off location. We find it hard to believe that the drop off location guy could not change it in the system. Our drop off location was not far away, but we got charged too much because of the original drop off that was much farther away. But, we are supposed to get a refund.

Billie SNo complaints at all about the drop-off location. We would much prefer receiving a truck with a full tank of gas, and returning it full--although we understand that U-Haul is coming out ahead by having trucks retuned with more gas in them than they leave with.
Julie RI can only say no for it being clean and inviting because I went at nighttime and could not see the inside of the location. Based on the outside and location of the key drop box, however, it was not particularly inviting.
