THESE GUYS AT COMPASS STORAGE UHAUL ARE EXCELLENT.
JOHN MThe office was CLOSED when I went to pick up my truck at 5:00PM. They were supposed to be open until 6:00PM. This is unacceptable.
STANFORD SWe purposely planned to arrive to get the truck at 10 when it was supposed to be open. No one was there. We had to check in electronically which I didn’t want do because these online check in systems are never easy to use. Still no one there at 1 when we dropped off the truck. There was someone else waiting too.
Kenneth HThe truck had a check engine light and drove very rough. Getting access in and parking it back was more difficult than it needed to be.
