Trailer was dropped off after hours. Used the self check out. Getting the pictures exactly right so they would be accepted took a few tries but was better than waiting and having to come back

When the fellow that owns the Iron pony dealer is there the rental goes well but the self APP rental process is horrible, I spent hours on the phone with customer support trying to sign out the UHaul on Thursday then was told that my rental was until Sunday but go a text on Friday saying it was overdue. I will never use U-HAUL again there after this experience, I have rented many U-Haul vehicles and trailers in the past and this was by far the worst experience ever. There are other rental companies which I will use in the future. I will also be sure to spread the word of how poor my experience was and how much U-Haul has gone down over the years.

STUART CThe location was fine, but the person answering the phone spoke English with a heavy accent. She tried to be helpful and was patient as I attempted to interpret what she was saying. However, her skills should be applied elsewhere, not on the phone. Important information was not communicated.
