My experience was awful!! They had someone else name on my account whom I didn’t know .. I was suppose to pickup in Shelby NC had to at 9:00 am .. had to drive 35 minutes away to pick up the truck.. I didn’t get the truck until 11:00 am once I got there had to drive 35 mins back and I have to drive 35 mins back to take it back.. the price went up because of their mistake.. no reimbursement.. I have to take it back Monday-Tuesday
