The personnel were great, but the location does not fit the description of clean and inviting. It was an old gas/service station.

Picking up the truck went well. Unfortunately the app did not cooperate very well. When picking up, I was not able to take pictures of the truck to verify any current damage. So I took my own pictures just in case I would need them. The app would not work when I went to drop it off. The company may want to check into updating their software to get rid of their glitches. 🙂
Mary GU-Haul was full of roaches. I called and told the guy who worked there and he was nice about it and told me I could trade trucks. But I had already driven to where I was going and was too far to come back.
