I would recommend this location as a last resort. The fact there is no physical person there to help with anything is annoying. Especially for a senior person. The representatives on the phone were very helpful but for some people having an actual person in front of you works best.

The furniture dolly was not present. 45 min pickup time in 18 degree weather . Did not live up to expectations
Mariah SThis is a self serve location, with that in mind, you won't see any smiling faces, just clean, well maintained trucks (no trailers) and as long as you have a smart phone with the u-hail app installed, you will have a great, quick, self directed experience.

James DIt was only a drop off so I didn’t really have any interaction with anybody, but the drop-off site was good. The key box was right in sight so I didn’t have to look for it overall it was good.
