The truck cabin was not clean. The app didn’t allow me to take more pictures when I picked up the equipment. For that reason I couldn’t show Detail. When I turned it back, the app asked me if it was Cleaning enough for another family to rent it and I had to say yes because otherwise I would pay for the cleaning and it’s not fair once it was not clean at all. For example, nobody rode on the right hand side and he was all dusty and we had marks on the dashboard. The floor was covered in dust. There were screws inside the cupholder.. And I do not rent the trucks from you guys often so I couldn’t tell if this is regular. Thank you.

Eliana GI would recommend this location as a last resort. The fact there is no physical person there to help with anything is annoying. Especially for a senior person. The representatives on the phone were very helpful but for some people having an actual person in front of you works best.
