Reba Emery was fantastic to work with. Very customer focused. My only concern was the check engine light was illuminated on the van, but apparently that just means that regular maintenance is due to be scheduled.
PAULA Bthe tie downs straps ratchit mechanism for the front tires has not improved since the last time I used one of these.......needs some lubricant. Not very easy to use, other than that all was good.
ERNEST TSite visit to rent a Tow Dolley, agent was unable to complete rental agreement, stated that there was a problem on U-Hauls site. Agent attempted to contact U-Haul unsuccessfully, agent said she would contact me......she never did. I called the next afternoon, a different agent was able to complete the transaction but I never got that call from the day before. The Tow Dolley had a tire restraint that has @50% frayed/torn, a safety chain rubber link keeper missing and the break away attachment hook retainer was broken. I reported these deficiencies upon return of the Dolley. I believe the U-Haul center could do a better inspection of the equipment and if the agent says they will follow up then they should. I personally will find a different U-Haul center for my future needs.
