I placed my reservation at the bayshore location, which is closer to my house. The night before, U-Haul called and changed my location to the sentry storage, which is farther from my house. I was told I would get a $50 credit; which I have not seen. When I got to the location; checked in on my phone and opened the back of the truck; there was no keys. I had to call and wait to speak with someone who assigned me a new truck. This all too time which I was being charged for in my 24 hrs.

SHIRLEY AThe Shelton store has great employees with good customer service skills. They made sure everything was right before I left. The sales rep that helped me had a great personality. I would recommend this store for people in the area to get a moving vehicle.
BENJAMIN MShort staffed, missing tool to put trailers on the hitch. I had to call my husband to come down and put the trailer on , he had to help the other client also..Knowing they had the equipment to aid in putting the trailers on they had no staff for assistance.
