The decision to rent a uhaul jas little to do with the quality of the location, since everything is handled online and there is very little interaction at the time of pickups and dropoffs. The rental process overall was very good

The truck was there but empty. We expected that dealing with U-Haul meant at the least getting everything we had asked for and no one could help. We ended up having to find another supplier for the blankets et and the lift we had requested. The movers were however very good, nice and polite.
