Hi, There was pieces of glace all over the cabin (on the floor, dash, seating area). Also, i didn't receive the dolly and protective blankets in my truck, so I had to improvise. I would expect partial refund. Thank you. Samuel Martel 5818883829

It was closed when I delivered
JOSEPH LThe decision to rent a uhaul jas little to do with the quality of the location, since everything is handled online and there is very little interaction at the time of pickups and dropoffs. The rental process overall was very good
Marie-Josee PThe truck was there but empty. We expected that dealing with U-Haul meant at the least getting everything we had asked for and no one could help. We ended up having to find another supplier for the blankets et and the lift we had requested. The movers were however very good, nice and polite.
