First of all, it started with a phone call where the representative spoke in a rather rude tone because I didn’t understand why my reservation had been moved two hours later. The gentleman told me, “I don’t know what to tell you, change your tone.” The next day, we went to pick up the truck at the scheduled time of 10:30 a.m., but we didn’t receive it until 11:15 a.m. because the representative was not present at the location on time. Overall, this situation significantly delayed my move and negatively affected my experience with U-Haul.
