Ellen EWas not serviced so the back end dirty and in rain storm wipers came apart. For the cost it was not as contract notes. When returned advised of issues and told it was to be serviced prior to leaving. Was unaware of app importance so for drop off no one there so took to another location up the road and prefer contact with people so not in situation of being held responsible for something I didn’t do, he checked everything and took the truck per my request
