I rented a four wheel dolly and furniture pads online but neither were at this location. You should keep better track of inventory

Had a very helpful employee when I picked up equipment. Our truck size and dolly weren't available, but we got a bigger truck for same price so it wasn't an issue. He had the truck ready with air on.

Mike RThe location had a closed gate with no electronic keypad or other method of entry despite mobile pick-up and drop-off. It is not possible to pick up or drop off after hours which is the primary reason I chose this location instead of elsewhere. There is no guarantee on rented equipment availability despite making a reservation ahead of time. Dollys, furniture pads, and other equipment is rented on a first-come basis regardless of existing reservations.
