This was the worst Uhaul experience I have ever had. The website allowed me to book at a time where this location was not open. So I waited for over an hour for someone to arrive at the location - then I was given a truck with 4 miles to empty and told to fill it up to a quarter tank. The clerk also didn't have the amount of moving blankets I requested and paid for. Then, while returning the vehicle, he told me he would check it in and not to take the pictures of the odometer or to take any pictures of the vehicle - needless to say, I ignored him, took all the pictures, and checked the vehicle in myself.

It wasn't possible to drop off the truck at this address because they don't accept. I called customer service, and they authorized me to drop it off in another city, Northridge. It took much longer than expected. Why does U-Haul have a location in its system that can be selected for drop-off but cannot actually receive the trucks? Frustrating! Terrible. Never again.
Brian FWhen I pulled up to the gate at my pick up time it was locked, a few minutes later an employee comes and has an attitude, asked if I had a reservation because he was about to leave, he gets out of his car and opens the office, he slams his keys on the table and then proceeds to only talk to my boyfriend when he’s not the one renting the U-Haul
Heaven JWasn't aware of top speed limiter. Car not cleaned outside. Convenient location
Branden FYou need to explain to the customer that there is a clip you put over the edge of the loading ramp after you slide it under the truck after using it. It was not applied when I got the truck, so perhaps this is seen by some of your staff as irrelevant?
