The person in charge of the UPS was dismissive and charged my card twice. I tried showing him my reservation (Reservation: 85661313) and he simply ignored me and continued to work on something with his coworker or buddy. While turning his back to me. I then told him i was confused he looked at me with disdain and said "what you never rented a u-haul"? mockingly. i told him i had not he told me to follow him into the office didn't ask anything about my reservation asked for my ID and for some reason charged my card again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe hours of this location are 9:30 am - 2 pm. I ordered a counter pick up right at 9:30 am instead of the mobile app. The person finally showed up at 10:10 am. There was no phone number at the location and no way to contact them, except the general U-Haul Customer Service. Utterly unprofessional.

Fallon GThis was the worst Uhaul experience I have ever had. The website allowed me to book at a time where this location was not open. So I waited for over an hour for someone to arrive at the location - then I was given a truck with 4 miles to empty and told to fill it up to a quarter tank. The clerk also didn't have the amount of moving blankets I requested and paid for. Then, while returning the vehicle, he told me he would check it in and not to take the pictures of the odometer or to take any pictures of the vehicle - needless to say, I ignored him, took all the pictures, and checked the vehicle in myself.
SAMUEL PIt wasn't possible to drop off the truck at this address because they don't accept. I called customer service, and they authorized me to drop it off in another city, Northridge. It took much longer than expected. Why does U-Haul have a location in its system that can be selected for drop-off but cannot actually receive the trucks? Frustrating! Terrible. Never again.
