The customer service representative was very pleasant and helpful. I would give her a high rating. As far as my complaint, I have two issues. Firstly, my rental van was delivered to me with extreme dust and dirt inside and out. I had to wash before I could load any personal items Secondly, the right-side mirror was cracked and created an unsafe situation. Very difficult to drive with, particularly at night.

Extremely difficult to locate no signage not in the normal place one would ever expect a driveway of any kind. Parking lot of dirt, filthy trucks low tire pressure on pickup and no one to service it.

they did not have a dolly ready for us when we arrived. They gave us incorrect information about dropping off after hours which led us to be forced to keep our uhaul overnight.

I was the 2nd customer of the morning when they 1st opened up. There were 2employees. There was 1 working and helping the 1st customer. She was very slow in processing her. Kinda overheard there was a problem bcuz no equipment. As I stood there patiently no one greeted me, I waited 30minutes. The phone started ringing off the hook with 1 employee working. The other employee just bossing her around & rude. I asked her about parking my car in the lot & her tone was rude (girl with tattoos all over her arm). When I finally got my rental truck the girl that process me walked me out to see if truck was pulled out and it was. I went to move my car since they said it would get towed so I parked it few blocks away & I had to walk back. When I returned of course there was no one there. The truck was left running so by this time, I didn't want to lose anymore time so I hopped in & left! I've never experience such poor service from any Uhaul except for this location!

The staff at this location had no sense of urgency. Their website said they opened at 9am, we were there at 9:01, they said they'd be right with us and did not get to us until 9:30am. I understand opening on your own and on a Sunday can be tough but a sense of urgency and communication would have been reassuring.

Picking up the vehicle was a painful experience. The lady working there didn't seem to know how to use the application and was getting frustrated, or maybe the system was just not user friendly enough (or perhaps lack of training) - all equates to painful user experience. We had to help her navigate on some pages. Plus this location doesn't have one of the dollies I reserved, so I asked if I could get another type of dolly instead - one that she definitely has in stock. She was so frustrated and didn't want to deal with the application, she ignored my request and check me out anyway. Then I was disappointed at how dirty the vehicle was - both inside and out. It smells bad inside. Last but not least, I noticed that the vehicle has less gas than what the contract says. When we pointed that out, she argued with us that it was correct. She eventually "fixed" it on the paper but with lots of fuss. Returning the vehicle was super easy. The guy that greeted us knew what he was doing, and we didn't even have to step inside the office. We were in & out within minutes.

Took 30 minutes to pick up an online reserved truck, employee couldn't log in, then couldn't find keys left by night crew. Used less than 1/8th of a tank of gas, was charged $30!!! Now that's gauging the customer plain & simple. Will rent from another company from now on.

Truck was disgustingly dirty and very poorly maintained. Pickup and Drop off very inconvenient even those I was assured otherwise. Customer service was non existent. Very bad overall experience.

It's important for the people who are receiving the clients to know what the reservations are and to respect those reservations they were made for a purpose and not be so disrespectful and scatterbrained when they're helping the customers

55 min wait when I had an appointment at 9am. I have been to other locations and it has never taken more than 15 minutes (usually 5-10.) I will never rent from this location again.

Location is kind of hard to find, kind of hidden. No easily visible signage. The clerk inside was very nice and helpful, though.

Customer service was slow and inept as well as computer illiterate. The two employees had a side conversation about what they wanted to get from McDonald's for lunch while they were "helping" us. I guess it's a lack of professionalism that the location is missing. Just because they're working in a trailer doesn't mean they should act like trailer folk. Thanks

When a technical error led to an apparent overcharge, I asked to have it corrected. The manager (I believe his name was Abraham) was called, and immediately became extremely irate. As he gave my number to the uhaul service to correct the problem, I watched him shift from furious to aggressive. He accused me of claiming that they tried to steal from me, then he ordered me to leave saying that he would call the police. As he shouted he stepped towards me and I backed away, shaking. His eyes made it clear that another word to him was not a risk worth taking. I was still shaking when I got to my car outside and received a call from the uhaul service, who reported that the problem was a very simple technical error. When I was setting up the call in my car, I remember fearing that Abraham would come outside because I hadn't left fast enough. My adrenaline is still elevated from the experience.

I stopped to clean the windows at the nearest gas station after receiving the keys. That was the only thing I found lacking. Otherwise, the Van had very good pick up and handled easily. I had no mechanical problems so I will have to assume it has been well maintained. The process to rent was simple and quick. I had called a different location and they didn't have any Vans available so Tony - placed me on hold to check this location and said they have one and its even closer to my home. I arrived forgetting to bring in my confirmation number but I was already in the system so it was no problem. The usual walk about the vehicle to acknowledge previously made dents were noted with clear stickers that have an X mark. Kudos to whoever came up with that idea! That simplifies that process immensely for both parties. Got my items transported and returned the vehicle with no additional paperwork to sign or wait for. Received the final bill via email and decided I should take a moment to give you all a thumbs up! Thanks again, Annie
