Daniel, who I made the reservation with and who checked us in was so friendly, and professional--really very nice, very welcoming. Cannot recommend him enough. He was great when I had to call after we picked up the rental to tell him we had a delay in return because our storage unit flooded and we couldn't access it with the truck. ATTN U-Haul HR: you need to know this guy is an asset and he needs to be retained and appreciated. We had used another U-haul rental location before and the guy was beyond rude, so we went to this location. And we made the right choice.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey didn't check in my vehicle when I returned it. Then I was over charged. When I contact the storage company they were rude. Had to make phone calls to corporate uhaul to straighten out.
