Generally good.. Truck ran great.. The truck windshield could of been cleaned.. lots of dust and bird poo and no windshield wiper fluid to clean it. so maybe check fluids more often. :) Overall a good experience.

Poor communication, frightening location under a bridge, no drop off instructions, did not have the equipment I rented and had to manage a move without a hand truck or pay extra to pick up from another location. Made a complaint to U-Haul Corporate as it was such a poor experience

He dealt with the shitty situation and helped me complete my move. U-Haul at the end of the month SUCKS, and you should be better prepared... Just sayin...
