I've always had a pleasant experience with Uhaul locations. This was my first time at this location though and the check in process was easy enough but the lady at the counter was rude and burdened that I was there to grab the key. Will not be back to this location and will never recommend it to anyone. Other than that the truck was great. Thanks!

Horacio LBetter customer service! The whole process was horrible the second I handed them my bank card they threw keys at me and said see you later. Didn’t inspect vehicle with me I had to take pictures and videos myself during pick up and drop off. There was old paper work from previous people still in the vehicle so I can tell it dosnt get checked. The people at the desk will tell you one price and then it ends up being a different price. Overall it was not a great experience like I have always have had.
