The truck was mostly clean with the exception of the windshield. Lots of bug splats. I reserved an appliance hand truck, but it was not available when I picked up the rental truck. The agent has trouble communicating with the customer. He barely speaks, makes no eye contact, and seems to get irritated when asked questions. Overall, not a bad experience, but nothing that would encourage me to go back to this location.
PAUL TA great place for drop off. Lots of room to maneuver, and proprietor was very helpful. Very organized.
