This location Wash Zone 1741 Texoma Parkway in Sherman Texas has one employee, Brooke handling several people, different companies. She made an error on my rental, no biggie… it happens. I called the owner to resolve issue, ask how to fix it. He was so incredibly rude and arrogant. I was shocked to even know he was an owner. Such horrible behavior. Because of her error, it cost me 280.00 more, for different locations. I had already paid around 160.00 That’s horrendous $500.00to rent a 15’ truck for 10 hours 90 miles. Shameful… do the right thing.

The person that was onsite didn’t have a clue to what was going on, he called I guess was the owner and he never showed up. He talked to the guy onsite on the phone. I tried to buy a hitch because I didn’t have one and the guy at the laundromat said he didn’t know what that was. When I got to the drop off place the gentleman there said he was glad we made it especially with one of the tires bubbling up and about to blow out. The Lubbock U-Haul was top notch for sure. They hit the ground running and took care of business.
