I reserved a truck co and appliance dolly. When I got there and did the self check in, there was no dolly but moving blankets were in the truck. Luckily, an employee was on site although I was told the location would be closed when I picked up the vehicle. He got it corrected.

Luis MThe pickup took a long time due to system errors and I kept getting errors and was unable to upload before pictures. Then at drop off there was no space to park the vehicle. Additionally it started raining while we had the truck, we turned on the windshield wipers and immediately one of them flew off making ot very unsafe for us to use the vehicle.
