Price was very High...lower the rate


Made a reservation, got there and the person behind thre desk didn't know what they were doing. The husband then comes to help his wife and proceeds to yell at me. They told me the gas tank was full, I even took pictures it was not, they told me I better bring it back full, which I did, I drove 29 miles and put 6 gallons of gas in the vehicle. When I returned I showed the husband the picture of the gas tank and he accused me of doctoring the photo by the angle. I mentioned to him that I would deff let me neighbor's know not to use them, he said good make sure I tell everyone not to use them, they don't like doing it anyway. Very nasty for no reason, him just coming in off the bat because his wife didn't know what she was doing and taking it out on me was very uncomfortable on its own.

The owner of the the motel was rude and didn't seem to know what he was doing ,And kept on saying I will be charged extra for if I didn't do things the way he said. WAS NOT FRIENDLY! Would not recommend to any one U-Hual costumer service was very helpful !

The guys at the office is freaking rude, He has no manners and does not answer questions, horrible mood, and yell at everyone. I will never go back to that place even if that is the nearest that I have. My father was so angry at that guy as well we talked to us like he hates us.

Get the owner better infrastructure. Technology lacks and mobile pick up wasn't carried through as an easy and convenient option.

Very poor and upset on how all this went wrong & waste of time & not being charged for gas where I left the gas on the same amount I picked it up on & I have proof of the gas mileage

I had scheduled in a different location and was changed to this location which is a Motel. It took over one hour to get the paperwork done online after I helped him. He did not know what he was doing. I called U-Haul CS and they had to tell him what to do. I lost two people that were going to help because of the delay. U-Haul Never Again!

They did not know how to complete the pick up on the computer. It took us several times. They had to call the supervisor to talk them thru it. They only had six furniture pads and they put 12 on the invoice. Therefore causing an issue on return
