U-Haul needs to improve their receipt. After returning truck, receipt did not show explanation for gas refund. No details about how many gallons or cost per gallon. Also had to take a larger truck than requested or needed which probably took more gas. Very poor and very unhappy.

He had my trailer clean and ready to go! I was late returning my unit and they took care of me without penalty!
Charles BI had rented a truck at this location. On Monday, I called Crag, the local U-Haul representative, and asked him if I could return the truck to the Nebraska City location and asked if there would be any additional charges and I was told "No". When I returned the truck, the next morning I was informed that I would receive a $250 charge for dropping off in the wrong location. Absolutely 100% poor services. I will look to use another moving rental company in the future.
