I ordered a 10 ft. truck and when my sister and I arrived there were two trucks available, 15 ft. ones. My sister and I are older women and this truck was much too large. There was not a 10 ft. within a 50 mile radius. Needless to say, we were not happy customers and will probably never use uhaul again.

My experience was incredibly frustrating. The actual location was excellent but the U-Haul website and customer service not so much. After repeatedly trying to reserve a vehicle online I did speak with two nice customer service representatives who were able to assist me. Having indicated that I would be picking up the truck after the chosen location was closed I was instructed to use the mobile check-in, which I had used easily in the past. Upon arrival the mobile app was not working. A gentleman on site noticed me trying to access a key and even though they were closed took me in to the office to assist me. Over an hour and a half later I was finally on the road. U-Haul customer service was not helpful in the least. The representative continually claimed to be resetting the app and was confused as to why I wasn’t able to access it. The rep was also not convinced that I was actually at the location. She repeatedly asked me if I was at home and I repeatedly responded That I was in fact at the U-Haul location. Each time we had this exchange she asked me to consult with the on-site folks, after which I reminded her each time that they were in fact closed. Since the gentleman helping me in the office was not an actual U-Haul agent, I left with a contract that had no dollar amount’s nor specifics for my particular rental. He was very helpful but did the best he could. Customer service left us both feeling like we were probably doing something wrong. I’m just glad the truck made it back and I was charged no more than the anticipated amount. I will definitely look for other providers when considering U-Haul in the future.

There was no drop box, no one around to help and nothing but mud and one other U-Haul truck. I will never choose this location ever again. I completed the return online and was told to put the keys in a drop box that was not there. I ended up putting them in a black box near the trucks that had no label. I do not want to be charged for anything because of the shitty nature of this location.

I spoke to & texted per request, Keith... and I hope I can get my dang refunded deposit in the mail today. It's been a week and 2 days now since I spoke to the one guy who said he'd get my check in the mail. I could have drove down there quicker than this!!!!!! It is 20 min away!
