We were overcharged for mileage and insurance was added even though we declined it. The gentleman we dealt with wouldn't listen to our concerns and denied mileage overcharge. My credit card was charged before I received an invoice. I have received 3 different invoices with 3 different amounts. According to the MTO it's 61km from Simcoe to Woodstock which is the where the truck was driven. A call to U-Haul was of no help. Because of this Visa will be conducting an investigation.
