Don't tell people they can pick it up before hours and then the day of when they show up tell them through the app they have to wait until the location opens and do it in person. It is rude to not update your customers about changes in their order.Mallory F.

The only comment I have about the drop off location is there really needs to be better signage when you drive by that it is a U-Haul location. Had the address and ended calling the place and the first person who answered the phone said we are a gas station not a U-Haul drop off. We then called U-Haul and they informed us that yes they are a U-Haul drop off and when I went inside there is a small sticker on the door that says U-Haul however you can not see that from the street or even the parking lot with other people around and there were no other U-Haul trucks there at the time. The lady inside was very nice but must have been someone else who answered the phone the first time we called.Randy P.

While the Location personell experience was Above Excellent, and I would give Them 50 stars for what they do and did, my experience with your Call Center (when they contact the customer to verify pick up time) is so far Off the chart Negatively that if I were in charge of contract awarding or retention, I would pull their contract ASAP. My experience with That aspect was " miss the call and you LOSE the Vehicle you SPECIFIED YOU NEEDED! No chance to call back before that happens! Hearing " We call once and when you didn't answer the phone we figured you didn't want the truck after all, so now it's been rented out to another family ( the day before you were to get said truck) is Definitely NOT Customer Service! And I've been a call center employee before so I know how they operate!! And your call center people need to know that when talking to the renters and the get corrected on how to correctly pronounce a town's name they should NEVER EVER say Whatever and then continue to mispronounce said name! Bad form and thus Bad Service score on that aspect of my experience. If it weren't for the Ground Level employees ( I'd give these people not only 150 stars rating, but a pay raise if it were my company), but due to the Call Center experience I'd never rent from Uhaul again!Zelma A.

The location is a gas station and is not well marked as "Circle S", but it was great to be able to fill the gas tank on site and the young man working was very friendly and helpful.Amy B.
I've read a lot of bad reviews about this location but decided to use it anyways since it was the closest location too where I was going and I wanted to use as little miles as possible. I received a phone call to confirm my reservation 2 days before. And another office call the morning of. I showed up to this location to pick up the truck and they had no reservation for me. So I called the number back that called me and they informed me that they changed my pickup location to a uhaul location clear across town. If I picked it up at that location it would've cost me another 10 miles at least. They claimed they sent me an email which they did but it was in my spam folder. They transferred my reservation to the location I was at since they had a 20ft trick that I needed. It was an unnecessary hiccup. Considering they also stated in the email that they were gonna give me a free upgrade to a 26 foot truck. I guess I don't understand that because bigger truck more gas and different location more miles. You would think that when they called me they would inform me that they changed my pickup location but it is what it is.Collin A.
It took 45 minutes-1 hour for the employees assisting me to figure out how find my reservation, and get the paperwork filled out. I had to restate my personal information to then multiple times in a very public setting as well. I was given the wrong key to the wrong truck. Upon returning the truck, the man waiting proposed that I simply refill the entire tank rather than to the limit previously agreed upon in the signed document prior to rental. He then watched me intently pump the gas and sweep out the truck; making me very uncomfortable as I am a young woman and he was a middle aged man and no one else was around. I almost forgot that upon rental that day he also explained the initial charge would be about $40 and any mileage over what I had estimated would be an additional .01 per mile, which was incorrect resulting in my bank account becoming over drafted which led to additional fees. I called customer service with my complaints and feedback and request for someone in the field to possibly train the employees at that site. The customer service representative was very dismissive and uninterested in helping resolve any of my frustrations. She and her supervisor also guaranteed a call back from a regional manager within the next day or two which never happened either. A terrible experience compared to my first rental at a different location. I don't think I'll be using the services anymore or recommending to anyone. Customer service, training, and follow through are all very low priorities for this company.Alison H.
People working were polite but they could not find my order on the computer after I self checked in. They had to call someone who was not working to get dressed and drive to work to help find my order. We also rented two dozen moving blankets and were told they would be in the back of the truck. There were none when we go to the house to move. We called a local rep and he was awesome. He directed us to another location and met us there with enough to cover us. The staff of Circle S was horribly undertrained. My initial contact had no idea how to complete a rental. The woman she called in to help had little idea also. Between the two of them, along with a uhaul district manager who they called on the phone, they muddled through the process. It took well over an hour to complete.John G.
