One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had with U-Haul. The customer service rep at the station went the extra mile to help us and the gentlemen who checked us in was also polite.
NATHANIAL FThe problem here was not Kings Mart but rather U Haul themsleves. The U Haul regional office changed my location, changed my rental truck size, and never notifed Kings Mart. I would NEVBER recommend someone use U Haul due to the extremely poor service of the regional office.
