No one that works there knew how to fix issues we had and when returning did not know how to do the return and the system tried to double charge us. Will not use a non uhaul location ever again. Horrible service.

BHARATKUMAR CThe setup in this location is not great for the customer. I shouldn’t have to manually enter my CC into a tablet for you. I shouldn’t have to scan a QR code and enter my ID for you. It just shouldn’t be setup that way.
