The setup in this location is not great for the customer. I shouldn’t have to manually enter my CC into a tablet for you. I shouldn’t have to scan a QR code and enter my ID for you. It just shouldn’t be setup that way.

Sylvester PThe truck had an old cushion in the back that showed it obviously was never cleaned between rentals. The tire light was on the entire time and I could not move the side mirror so I could see well on my right side.
