No where to park the trailer. Snow was not removed and ice was severe and hazardous. I dropped off before staff was on duty.

I went in to rent a 5 x 8 trailer which I thought was about $35 for the day. I was told they were in the back and had to be dug out of the snow.. I was under a time crunch so I had to take a 6 x 12 trailer that cost $189 and we only used it for six hours. So it has nothing to do with the location or the staff there. It’s the pricing I’m disappointed with.
