It's bullshit I was charged an additional $74 today 12/31. The truck was returned as per the contract with much more fuel than I got it. Lesson learned. Shame on you

Thomas FTook 1 1/2 hours-they had a lot of difficulty using the uhaul system. The price quoted disappeared and every time the system had an issue they had to redo everything and came up with a more expensive price. They were supposed to leave drop off undecided so we could drop anywhere-they didn’t and the drop off location we found with Saturday hours wanted another 200 dollars for drop off. Last time ever using uhaul for anything-ever. Plus they didn’t give us the jack if we needed to drop the trailer and rebook it for anything.
