I wish their was a way we could have the E alert pop up during reservations process and allow you to pay it write then and their and solve issues with they come up

How U-Haul Reviews WorkPlease check flat spots on tires before taking delivery. This was the worst experience of my life driving this vehicle violently shaking on the highway due to flat spots on the tires. This vehicle should’ve never left Florida, knowing it was going to Rhode Island.

GLENN Fnothing wrong with location. the U-Haul App to get the truck and return the truck is terrible. too many steps, slow process, things didn't work. had to call U-Haul 1-800 number twice to get things resolved.
