The parking lot was icy and dark. I had to make my husband come with me to return the truck I was too scared as a female to go to the lot alone in the dark.

It was my error I put pick up at 12:30 AM instead of PM so could not check in until we finally called and the time was updated so can I suggest that maybe as a prompt before signing off on any rental you have that person verify AM vs PM. Everything else went very well
Donna AHorrible experience. They changed my location 3 times. I booked a reservation 1 week in advance and when I got there to pick it up they changed it again. Which was 14 miles away so 90% of the money I had to pay was cause of that
