The staff in the office were great and my dissatisfaction has nothing to do with them. My issue is that I rented a van not knowing that it had roaches in it. I had to literally drive with one foot on the gas and the other off the floor because one of those roaches crawl on my leg and I was scared another one would. I had to make sure none got in my items because I was moving brand new furniture into an new apartment. My advice is just to make sure the trucks are thoroughly cleaned, sprayed, or whatever before renting them out.

I made a formal complaint regarding how I was treated at your fulton industrial location. The staff was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I wasted a considerable amount of time at this location. The clerk initially alleged that she could not view my driverl license after I followed her directives to load my license. She wasted 40 minutes of my time trying to detect the problem. Then when it was time for me to pay for the rental, she had difficulty completing the transaction. Because so much time expired I was late to my apoointment. When I attempted to hook up to the trailer, I could not do it safely because the trailer was parked at an extreme slanted angle. As a result of this occurence, I was not able to back my Lincoln Navigator flush to the trailer. The spacing between the building and the trailer only allowed me to back up my vechicle at angle that would have scratched myh vehicle because it was danger close to jack-knifing. I am going to tell all of my friends never to rent anything from U-Haul because they are very unrprofessional. I am going to purhase an enclosed trailer this weekend at a cost of $5,000 so that I don' t need to utilize your services ever again. Sincerely, Garland E. Frazier

They called me last minute saying they did not have this truck available. Went to that location they guy was very unprofessional, on my way home to start packing up the original pick up address called me saying it’s getting close to closing are you going to come pick up your truck ? I told them that they called earlier saying they didn’t have the 10 foot truck . He hung up on me. Very disappointed

Waiting on line for service took a while, but I think that may have been circumstantial. Once the the person(s) in front of the line were done, the lines moved quickly and the staff were efficient, personable and went out of their way to satisfy our needs. Did a good job of finding trailer. Trailer in poor condition, dirty inside and out. Left wheel fender bent to within one inch of tire. Staff nice enough but acted disinterested! I had to tie up chains my self since they were dragging

Do not put a hold on my account and then charge me in addition to that. I’m on a tight budget and you helped put my account in overdrawn status. I’ve put a claim into my bank so hopefully they won’t make me pay an overdraft fee. I’ll use a charge card instead of my debit card next time.

Location was understaffed both at pickup and drop-off. To the counter guys' credit, he did credit me for the 2nd day to compensate for very long wait time when I returned the trailer. Otherwise, the equipment, as always, was clean and in good shape.

I wanted to commend Timothy Tuggle at this location. When we turned in the vehicle I didn't pay attention to the miles recorded at return. After some calculating it was determined the miles charged didn't add up correctly. We turned the vehicle in just before closing and found the miscalculation after the UHaul had closed. So, not looking forward to going back, the next morning I went back and arrived just before opening hours. I found Timothy in the parking lot preparing for the day and asked if he could help with our issue. Well it turned out he was the only person on the lot, it was before opening hours, and he had a lot to do in preparation for the day. But, without a complaint, sigh, or expression of annoyance Timothy patiently listened to my issues, walked through each step to confirm where the breakdown was and committed to resolving the issue immediately after opening up. Later, I followed up and spoke directly with Timothy again and found he had resolved the issue beyond what we had expected.Thanks Timothy.
