U-Haul was good to me but the only problem I had was when you call nobody answers the phone and when they do answer they'll say welcome to U-Haul hang up welcome to U-Haul hang up on me I have to call three different numbers to pay my bill

I feel that if the price was going to go up, that should have been explained when we signed the contract.
