The employee that I talked to on 6-1-26 was very rude when I was asking questions about my return and not being able to tell me what I needed to know. But I will never rent U-Haul again

We had reserved a truck to be picked up at 11:30 we there early and we were waiting in the office for the person working there. When she entered the office she was walked in with someone else and started to wait on her instead of us. We explained we had a reserved truck for pick up. She told us the truck the truck we reserved had not been returned yet but there was a 10ft truck on the lot. She was borderline rude. We were finally able to get the truck that had been reserved for 4hours but she told us it needed to be returned in less time because someone else needed the truck. The truck was clean and we returned it with more gas than it had when we picked it up.
