Worst u-haul experience I have ever had! Will not be coming back. Check in was confusing, truck was dirty, literally on E as we turned it on.

The lot where the trucks are is off of a street different from your address, which was a little confusing. Clarifying the address where the lot entrance is would help. We picked up and dropped off online
Christopher LI agree with the invoice of $116.21. I don't understand how I got a charge of $13.92 afterwards. When I didn't receive receipt or invoice for that charge.
