Make sure they are fluent in English, that they check drivers license and that they ask what kind of payment form you want to use. Called uhaul 5 times to get payment card changed, but to no avail. This was the worst uhaul rental pickup location ever.

Check imbeds rude. Truck drove 3 miles then broke down. Hard to communicate with attendant. He did not want to answer any questions. Auto clicked many additional items on reservation that I had th unclick. Never again. Horrible experience.
