Very limited signage identifying the location. Very limited support going through the needed steps to get the truck checked out. I believe she may have mentioned the link, but it wasn't clear that before leaving I HAD to do the link.

Jeffrey DI was immediately greeted upon walking in. Erica is the only name I could catch but all three of the wonderful ladies helped me make my reservation. They insured my pick up location, that what I was moving would fit into the U-Haul, helped me extend my reservation time and did it all with smiles and laughter. I have used other locations in the past but will never go anywhere else. Thank you ladies!
