horrible experience truck was not pulled out and ready and lock box was not easy to open at all
ROSA BHave a U-Haul truck available the day I originally planned on using the truck. I believe that I should get a refund since I had to wait an extra day, different/farther location, and inconvenience of my move.
Trevor CMaintain the trucks after each return. The first truck had a right front flat the second one was dirty and the third truck was brand new. I don't know why I wasn't offered that in the first place since I had to drive a long distance.
ALAZAR GI was shocked to see that by only driving 19 miles, I had to put in 7 gallons of gas. That’s just unbelievable. It means that the truck uses 1 gallon of gas for 2 1/2 miles which is unbelievable and frustrating
