Typical return. Indicated they would be open and were not. Charged for two gallons of gas, when truck was returned above the amount provided at pick up. No call, no email, just charged to credit card. Chose location, because wanted to show a person that gas was returned at correct amount, but of course they were not open. After hours return and drop box are convenient, but customer service is terrible. Here is another thought, rent trucks out at full tank of gas. Then there is not guessing game upon return!
