The gentleman that assisted me Edgar Lopez was amazing. Working alone on a Sunday at the beginning of the month is not fair to him. Needless to say he provided exceptional customer service. Was detailed not only with me but the customers ahead of me. No do think it is unfair he was the only person there and due to that I got the truck late about 30 mins due to lack of personnel.

The people are nice , the place is fine but I thoughts are. The truck had a quarter of tank instead of full. The seats were stained with paint. I checked the outside no dents. I just didn't want anyone to think any of that was on my rental , but I didn't check the paperwork for notes to be honest. Tu .

Due to an un-forscene circumstance, the Malden office hadn't contacted the Somerville office properly and there wasn't a 15' truck available for me, but the gentlemen there flew into action, and took it into their own hands and gave me a different truck that still suited my needs promptly and professionally, and made it a very easy transition. The staff was awesome. The truck had a terrible sound and sluggish drive. It was reported when I returned it and the attendant. He drove it to park it and let me know that he heard what I was talking about, so hopefully it is able to get addressed.

They Charged extra,I fill out half of the tank plus they charged me almost seven dollars,even I have to returned with a little more of 3/8 ??? you guy's are a thief, plus the miles they were exactly 5.7 miles plus 3.7miles,plus another 8.7 miles = 17.6 NO 20 PLUS MILES YOU ARE CHARGING!! Besides all that the workers were so high and the van smell a marijuana

This location clearly rents many trucks and the location and vehicles are what I would expect. I was a bit surprised that only one person was working on December 1st. It took me nearly an hour to pick up my reserved van. On the last and first days of each month you may want to have better staffing.

This is not a negative reflection of a specific location, just of my overall experience with UHAUL this time around. I called November 25th to purchase a uhaul for 10:00am November 30th in Revere and they said that location wasn't available (which I completely understand because we had to move out within the week) so they asked if a location in Malden would still work for us and I said that was fine. A representative confirmed with me over the phone it was all set for 10:00am on the 30th. Uhaul called the 26th and said my rental was ready at 10:00 am, Friday Nov 29th. I told the representative that's not what I wanted to rent and they said they would call me back the next day. I didn't receive a call the next day so I called the 27th at night to confirm that it was changed back to the 30th. Because the location changed I asked for an earlier reservation time and they said they could make pick up at 9:00am and asked if Somerville was ok because Malden was no longer available. I said yes. The confirmation email I received shortly after still said the pick up location was Malden....I didn't realize until Thanksgiving the next day so I couldn't make another phone call. I called again on the 29th to triple confirm and the representative said the pick up was now in Cambridge. I told her about the miscommunication and the confirmation email in Malden and she then said that the latest form of communication was what I should go by. So she confirmed Malden was the FINAL pickup location. Uhaul called me 30 minutes later saying the official pick up was Somerville.... When we tried to drop off the uhaul I didn't want to make one more call because of how many times the location had switched and had my boyfriend do it since he drove the truck. The lady on the phone told him the drop off location was in Salisbury when we requested Rowley and it was also indicated as Rowley in our paperwork. It worked out in the end, and we dropped it off in Rowley it was just very confusing and stressful. Because we picked the uhaul up in Somerville and I lived in Revere and had to drive it back to Revere to pack up the truck and then drive it to Rowley to unpack at my new housing location. I was charged for going over the 40 miles. It was only $8.00 no big deal, but it was just frustrating because I had asked the representative in person if there would be any hidden fees because of driving it from Somerville to Revere first and he said "no, its a flat rate, everything included." I couldn't explain to anyone what had happened because Uhaul is the only one with evidence of this from their recorded lines.

I honestly dont think anything. Experience has become so streamlined it's great. Former Budget customer that has almost entirely switched to uhaul because experience of renting is so much better

The customer service rep who helped me check out my equipment in the Somerville office was far more careful and thorough and explaining fees Etc before I walked out the door. My overall rental fee was a significant amount less then the prior time that I used Uhaul Services because of his instructions. I commend and recommend 151 Linden Street Uhaul

The drop-key boxes were all left wide open and some keys were dropped in some of them but boxes were not locked to keep key safe. No instructions were given whether to lock the boxes after putting keys in them. I locked the box I used after I realized I could. Perhaps a sign with instructions near boxes may help.

If the rental is a one way, make sure the drop off location is a U-Haul Service center. I was sent to three locations before I could return the trailer. The first and second locations were "Kiosks" or satellites that were unable to accept my trailer due to size or were already closed for the day. I had to call the 800 telephone number to get a Service center to accept the trailer!!!!

Incorrect charged for multiple days, had to essentially fill out the entire online order in person for the uhaul associate who did not know how to do his job, incorrectly told i would be refunded for extra fuel which is not the case either. Piss poor end to end experience.

I did not appreciate the two phone calls I received the next day, asking me where the trailer was. It was returned that night. Personnel should check all trailers the next day.
