Thanks for being fair with my charges. The location in Navy Yard, Washington, DC overcharged me with fees for gas, use of dolly, and extra miles--all completely inaccurate. I never got a heads up either--just charges on my bill. I had to call and fight it. Thanks to your team for being honest.

Did the job. Customer service had to be flagged down (they ask you to wait on the truck but no one came by) and I got unlucky with the bathroom and wasn't able to find anyone to alert about it. It was clean and there were plenty of places to park so no real complaints.

The employee that rented the truck to us had the best customer service and personality. if I owned my own business I would steal that employee away. The gentleman that checked the truck in the yard was extremely nice and professional.

I returned my rental on August 24th before 11:30 am and was charged until August 31st. I have called 4 times & emailed twice concerning this issue. I have received no response at all. I am 100% dissatisfied with my experience and will continue to pursue this matter. It is currently September 15th and this matter has not yet been resolved. I am a longtime and frequent customer and feel that the brand has zero appreciation or respect for my years of business.

I asked employee to change drop off location when I checked in and this was not done. We had to return the truck to an inconvenient location resulting in mileage charges. Usually UHaul includes extra mileage for me but this wasn't done this time.

The back bumper of the truck was damaged so that the back door of the van couldn't open or close. The solution was for employees to jump on the bumper. Also, the reservation process is absolutely atrocious.

This truck cabin was very uncomfortable. Way too cramped. Plus road noise is so loud the radio is useless. And no vehicle rented in this century should have windows that are not automatic.

Original reservation (made 4 months earlier) was cancelled when I called central reservations to change the pick-up time only. New reservation was for a much shorter period than I requested. Reserved truck was not available when I checked in. Had to take a smaller vehicle and make two trips. Terrible overall experience - if it is an extremely busy time charge more - but don't promise what can't be delivered.

The cargo van I rented was clean and in excellent operating condition. Assistant Manager Daniel Campos was very helpful in explaining the variable rate structure. I was very satisfied with everything about this rental process from reservation thru drop-off.

Was told that i would recieve my receipt over email but could not give me a paper copy because their "cell phone was out of battery". This is unacceptable since now inhave no proof that the van was returned without issues and showing the gas amd mileage.
