After I got my receipt I noticed that I had been charged $15.50 for gas. I had already filled the truck up with 3.14,gallons and driven 49 miles. At this rate the truck was getting slightly less than 16 mpg. I believe the person who checked the truck in made an error reading the fuel gage and I contested this. I was informed that there was nothing they could do. I am asking for the $15.50 to be refunded.

B OI almost got attacked by a rooster when I got out of the truck at the drop off spot. The gentleman explaining to me that the $160 charge will fall off and $120 chargeable remain didn’t understand why I was confused that I was only just returned $40 not charged again. He said I wasn’t charged but I’m seeing a negative amount on my bank statement and then he kept cutting me off and I said well just let me get my thought out and then we can talk about how I’m wrong or what I don’t understand. Any hung up on me.
