It should be made clear to customers that personnel will not be on site. It was very confusing to show up and not see any UHaul employees. It was also frustrating to have to complete the return procedures via the app rather than doing it with a human.

Trick was falling a part, dirty, dash board parts falling

Brian AVery congested and hard to park. Truck was not there to pick up. 35 min waiting for service person to arrive. Waited additional 10 min for him to reset warning to find it did not work. Engine light and tire pressure warning were on. Could not read odometer.
