The customer service was great. They were very cordial and very nice. Everything went easy and smooth as to getting the rental and it was great. I would go back to them again.

Picking up the truck was complicated, was instructed to use the UHaul app to check in. Whole process took way too long . Will not be renting from U-Haul/this location again.
Gerardo RPricing is expensive, rain water got in the truck and ruined a lot of my books and other things. for a $1900 rental I expected a better experience.
Noah AThere is nowhere designated to park the truck. Location has a tiny parking lot only for cars. The personnels were very friendly and helpful.
