Picking up the truck was complicated, was instructed to use the UHaul app to check in. Whole process took way too long . Will not be renting from U-Haul/this location again.

Pricing is expensive, rain water got in the truck and ruined a lot of my books and other things. for a $1900 rental I expected a better experience.
