I was charged $105 for a van I had less than 5 hours because your app does a ridiculous job of explaining the return process and no one has cared enough to help me. Im really disappointed in Uhaul’s lack of assistance & customer service
Tabatha RIt was hard to notice at first, but the vehicle smelled like animal urine. I had a bad allergic reaction, but it did look clean. I don’t blame the person who ran it. She was very courteous, and I had a great experience with her.
